There will be days that just suck. There will be some days that nothing works to get you out of a bad mood.  For me, I like to use funny movies and coloring books to keep me leveled out. For some people, they use drugs to cope with stress. Most of the youth that I work with say that drugs really just help them escape but overall make the problems worse. Learning to develop healthy coping skills can really change your life.
